The project involved demolishing the existing kitchen, supplying and installing a larger, more efficient layout, updating the hot water system, and integrating modern features such as a new dishwasher. The result was a clean, practical, and refreshed space tailored to meet the everyday needs of the property.
Initially, the project was being handled by the property manager, but poor coordination quickly led to delays and disorganisation—wrong trades turning up at the wrong time, and a lack of clear sequencing across the job. To get things back on track, we stepped in to take over the project management completely. Once we had control, every trade was scheduled correctly, and the renovation progressed smoothly to completion.
